Vertimax Training

Register for our intense Vertimax Series to increase leg power, vertical jump and speed for any sport.

WHEN: Weekdays and weekends – various hours.

DURATION: Minimum 10-session commitment @ 45 mins per session.

COST: $250 (10 sessions) with discounts available for sports teams.

Step 1: BSA Sports Lab helps you set realistic measurable goals.
Step 2: WE TRAIN EFFECTIVELY. Cardio, circuit, weights, TRX, and we’ll even bring the gym to you.
Our concept of training is based on the structure of Balance, Strength, and Athleticism. See your results quicker with 1-hour individualized training. Trainees are challenged to the max. We provide a safe, structured, yet tough program built just for YOU.
